What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, physicians, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral partners.
- Promote home care services through outreach, presentations, networking, and community engagement.
- Identify new business opportunities and support efforts to increase client referrals.
- Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and referral partners in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with operations and care teams to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to service start.
- Track outreach activities, referral trends, and market opportunities.
- Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and professional gatherings.
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute ideas to strengthen brand awareness and local presence.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in marketing, sales, business development, account management, or community outreach, preferably in healthcare or home care.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or tracking tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as local travel may be required.
