Clinical Director – RN
We Are Seeking A Clinical Director (RN) Committed To Providing Compassionate, High-Quality Care That Honors The Physical, Emotional, And Spiritual Needs Of Patients And Families During The End-Of-Life Journey.
Our Client Is Offering The Following Benefits:
- $90,000 – $135,000 + Depending On Experience

Responsibilities:
- Average Case Load Of About 8 Patients
- Monday – Friday 8 am - 5 pm And On-Call
- Lead And Supervise The Clinical Team To Ensure High-Quality, Compassionate Care
- Oversee Patient Care Delivery, Clinical Documentation, And Regulatory Compliance
- Conduct And Participate In IDT Meetings To Coordinate Care Plans
- Serve As A Clinical Resource For Staff, Patients, And Families
- Train, Mentor, And Evaluate Nursing And Support Staff
- Ensure Accurate, Timely Documentation And Adherence To Medicare And State Guidelines
- Collaborate With Physicians And Healthcare Partners To Ensure Continuity Of Care
- Support Quality Improvement Initiatives And Assist With Audits And Surveys
- Manage Clinical Schedules And Ensure Adequate Staffing Coverage
- Address Concerns From Patients, Families, Or Staff With Professionalism
Requirements:
- Active RN License In The State Of Oklahoma
- 2+ Years Of Clinical Experience (Hospice Or Home Health Preferred)
- Prior Leadership Or Supervisory Experience
- Strong Knowledge Of Medicare Regulations And Clinical Best Practices
- Excellent Communication, Assessment, And Organizational Skills
- Proficient In EMR Systems And Documentation Standards
- Current CPR Certification
