Formally Universal Pediatrics

Locations: Earlham, IA & Mitchellville, IA

Pay: LPN $27-$31, RN $30-$34

*1:1 Self-Paced Training Available*

Position Overview:
Provide skilled, one-on-one pediatric care in the home. Ideal for nurses seeking consistent scheduling and a more personalized care setting.

Earlham Case:

  • Schedule: Tues, Wed, Fri | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

  • Patient Needs: NG-tube care

  • Home Environment: Lives with both parents; youngest of four; 2 cats in home

  • Additional Info: Family is seeking a calm, laidback nurse

Mitchellville Case:

  • Schedule:

    • Days: Mon–Fri | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

    • Nights: Thurs–Sun | 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

  • Patient Needs: G-tube, trach, and ventilator care

Clinical Skills:

  • Feeding tube care (NG/G-tube)

  • Trach and ventilator management (Mitchellville)
    Training available
