**Title**
Registered Nurse – Hospice
**Schedule**
8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
**Assignment Details**
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
**Requirements**
- Must have a valid nursing license
- BLS certification required
- Must have experience in hospice care
- Ability to travel 30-50 miles daily
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Conduct 4-5 routine patient visits daily in outpatient settings, including facilities and home visits.
- Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients and their families.
- Document patient interactions and care provided in compliance with facility policies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
**Compliance / Notes**
- Background checks and drug screens may be required.
- RTO requests must be presented at the time of submission.
